Crafting clarity from complexity in healthcare and B2B

Strategy, creative, and copy for healthcare and B2B brands—built to clarify, differentiate, and convert.

You may have the greatest engineering and technical advantages over your competition. But communicating that complex information in a way that matters—and motivates—business and consumer audiences can be a challenge.

That’s where I come in.

I’ve solved these kinds of marketing problems drawing on 25 years of experience across healthcare, medtech, and high-tech B2B—working with hospitals, providers, medical device and equipment manufacturers, and other specialized organizations. See client examples.

I take complex clinical, scientific, engineering, and technical information and turn it into messaging that’s clear, accurate, approachable, and persuasive—without dumbing anything down.

Why Me

Complex products and services need more than polished language. They need messaging shaped by strategy, market awareness, and a real understanding of how different audiences think.

I bring all three: strategic thinking, creative development, and copywriting experience across healthcare, medtech, and B2B. That means I can help you define what matters, express it clearly, and turn it into messaging that works across channels.

Whether the assignment is patient-facing, provider-facing, or aimed at technical or business buyers, the objective is the same: make your value easier to understand and harder to ignore.

About Me

Biointel is a one-person practice run by me, Bill Abramovitz. I work directly with clients and agencies—no layers, no handoffs, and no disconnect between strategy and execution.

Sometimes I’m expanding the capacity of an internal team. Sometimes I’m stepping in during a transition or filling a gap. And sometimes I’m helping organizations build messaging from the ground up.

My style is friendly and collaborative. I listen first, then shape messaging around your audience, your objectives, and your brand. No drama, no ego—just thoughtful work that gets results.

People buy from people. Whether your audience is patients, healthcare providers, technical buyers, or business decision-makers, I create messaging in an authentic, relatable voice that helps them understand why your offering matters.

I can work remotely, in person for clients in the Cincinnati metro area, or a combination of both.

Creative Work with Stopping Power

Strategy matters, but so does execution. Strong creative gives your message presence. It captures attention, reinforces positioning, and gives people a reason to keep reading, clicking, or remembering.

I create copy and concepts for websites, campaigns, ads, sales materials, email, and other communications that need more than accuracy. They need stopping power.

The goal isn’t empty sizzle. It’s creative work that earns attention while staying grounded in strategy, audience insight, and business objectives.

Slice Through Markets with a Strategic Advantage

Good messaging does more than describe what you do. It sharpens your market position, clarifies your advantage, and helps buyers quickly understand why your solution deserves attention.

That’s especially important in healthcare, medtech, and B2B, where long sales cycles, technical complexity, and crowded markets can blur important differences.

Strategy comes first. From there, I help shape messages that cut through noise, support sales and marketing, and give your organization a clearer competitive edge.
